I just received an automated call from the city (8:30 pm Thursday)stating that as of 3:00 am Friday (6 1/2 hours from now)the city will be in a snow emergency. WHAT?????? Now why on earth would the city force people to move their cars NOW if the snow isn't going to start until TOMORROW afternoon? What a crock of BS this is.......... OK, make the call tonight and announce that as of 8:00 AM'ish Friday there will be a snow emergency. People will be leaving or have already left for work so they won't have to worry about it until tomorrow night.... but to make them move it the night before? What is up with that???????????????????
